Infant Box is for kids aged 0-2 years. Reading books out loud to your kids starting from birth strengthens your parent-child bond and gets your baby started on important language and literacy skills.
Toddlerhood is a time of challenges, but it’s also a time of great curiosity—and the perfect time to spark a lifelong love of reading in your little one.
Reading with your toddler not only boosts brain power, but creates a special bond between you and your child that you’ll always treasure. Toddlers want nothing more than to learn about the world around them, and books are a great way to introduce them to everything from basic concepts to big emotions.
Early Reader Box
Inspire a love of reading from an early age and boost their development with these engaging, educational stories
Learning to read should be a voyage of discovery; a route to mastery of the code that grants young children access to a world of stories and adventures.
Young Reader Box
Our Young reader Boxes are perfect for kids ages 6-8 who are starting to venture beyond picture books. These books can be enjoyed independently or as part of a read aloud experience.
Independent Reader Box
Help children find books that they will enjoy, such as books on topics that interest them, different book series, books by a favorite author, and so on. Suggestions for fostering independent reading include: (a) Give children books that are not too difficult. (b) Help them find books they will enjoy. (c) Encourage them to try many kinds of material. Although independent reading cannot substitute for teaching decoding, it improves reading comprehension and the habit of reading.
From the moment you’re expecting your first child, you are bombarded with messages about the importance of reading. For good reason: The benefits of reading at every stage of a child’s development are well documented. Happily, raising a reader is fun, rewarding and relatively easy.
