What is Book a Box?
Book a Box is a Book & Activity subscription box for kids ages 0-12 divided into different age groups. We also have Busy Binders made in-house and Montessori-based wooden toys.
How many Books & Activities come in one Book Box?
In each box you will receive 2-3 books and 2 activities according to the age of the child.
When will I receive Book a Box after booking?
We ship most boxes within 2-3 days of the order received, and boxes reach their destination within 4-5 days of shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your box is shipped.
How are the books and activities selected?
Books and activities are selected according to the age of the child. All our books are international bestsellers and handpicked by an expert panel.
What is the Billing Process?
You are billed after you have filled our booking form as per your subscription plan.
How to renew the subscription?
We will be sending you a reminder for renewing your subscription or you can renew your subscription by messaging us on 9343193085 or emailing at bookabox.india@gmail.com
How do I cancel my Subscription?
As our subscription plans are prepaid, we cannot cancel the subscription in between the duration of the plan .
Is there a return/refund policy?
Return Policy. Book a Box subscription box Products are not eligible for return. Incase you already have the books we delivered please mail us at bookabox.india@gmail.com we will try to replace it.Final decision will be of Book a Box team.
In case of eligible return, return will be processed within 4-5 days.
Exchanges. Book a Box does not accept any Product exchanges.
Damaged Products. If the Product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the Product information page (“Damaged Product”), Book a Box will send replacement Product if photo documentation is provided to bookabox.india@gmail.com of the damaged Product within 48 hours of the Product’s delivery (as determined by courier tracking data).
What type of payment option are available?
You can pay us via netbanking, credit/debit cards, Paytm, phonepe, GPay, or choose COD.
Do you ship worldwide?
There is Free Shipping for prepaid orders all over India. COD are charged Rs.50 for Shipping within India. Worldwide shipping is available at different rates applicable.

We are currently only able to send free boxes to people who have built a strong following on their various channels (roughly 10,000 subscribers/followers).
